To place a custom order, simply contact us via email or phone with your child’s measurements and your design preferences. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a quote based on your requirements.

We use high-quality, durable fabrics that are soft, comfortable, and easy to care for. All materials are carefully selected to ensure they withstand frequent washing and active play.

Please allow 15-20 working days for production and delivery. Each item is made from scratch, and we work on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll notify you once your order is ready and provide tracking details.

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, feel free to contact us if you’re located outside the country, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Since our clothing is custom-made, we take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

Due to the custom nature of our clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the item. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
